I booked Sandip to cater a very challenging twin 4 year old party, which included a lot of different dietary needs and quantities. We booked him back in August and I can still taste the food if I close my eyes. We ordered a variety of starter dishes and mains. Dhokla (to die for) Fish Pakora, Tandoori Wings, Bateta Vada, Chilli Paneer, Lamb Curry, Aloo Channa curry, rice, naan and salad. Being a chef/ Indian Food caterer myself, my standards are very high and I always cater my events - however as we were doing a BBQ I wanted there to be food readily available for my guests to eat. Sandip not only patiently helped me curate my menu, but allowed for change to happen where needed. He was patient and kind and communicative and such a wonderful person to do business with. I personally am not a meat eater however, at the party we had a number of meat eaters and the lamb curry I wanted was to resemble a homemade feel. This one defiantly made everyone happy! I personally really enjoyed the Aloo Chana as it was so flavourful with the right amount of spice! I would highly recommend Sandip as the food is just like home food with ample flavour and great quantities. From the feed back from the guests the stars of the show were -- Dhokla, Lamb Curry, Aloo Channa and the fish pakora. Thank you once again guys for making it a memorable event - everyone rolled out of my house that day from full bellies!

Sundip was really easy to deal with, helpful, communicative and offered us a great service and even went above and beyond on the night and helped us with serving the food. The portions were extremely generous and good value for money. I would highly recommend and will certainly use again for any future events.

Ive had the pleasure of having catered food from Dylish twice and both times, the food has been fantastic. Very tasty, generous portion sizes and excellent value. The chef always listens to initial requests and caterers the food to your liking. Would highly recommend for any events, parties etc
